RepuTend MCP server

This address is for AI assistants. They connect here over the Model Context Protocol to check your Trustpilot reviews against Trustpilot's guidelines and prepare the reports for the ones that break them. There is nothing to do here in a browser: pick your assistant and follow the steps.

Choose your assistant

ChatGPT desktop app

RepuTend works in the app's Codex view, which you open by selecting Codex in the app's menu. ChatGPT's chats, Chat or Work, can't use it yet.

  1. In the ChatGPT desktop app, open Settings, then MCP servers, and select Add server.
  2. Name it reputend, choose Streamable HTTP, and paste this address:
    https://mcp.reputend.com/mcp
  3. Save the server, then quit and reopen the ChatGPT app.
  4. Select Codex in the app's menu and start a thread there.
  5. Ask Codex for a free audit, with your domain in place of <your domain>:
    Use RepuTend to run a free audit of the Trustpilot profile for <your domain>.

Claude Desktop

  1. In Claude Desktop, open the Claude menu, then Settings, Developer and Edit Config.
  2. Add the entry below to claude_desktop_config.json, then quit and reopen Claude Desktop.
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "reputend": {
          "command": "npx",
          "args": [
            "-y",
            "mcp-remote@0.15.2",
            "https://mcp.reputend.com/mcp",
            "--transport",
            "http-only"
          ]
        }
      }
    }
  3. Ask Claude for a free audit, with your domain in place of <your domain>:
    Use RepuTend to run a free audit of the Trustpilot profile for <your domain>.

mcp-remote runs with npx, so Node.js must be installed.

Codex

  1. Run this command in your terminal:
    codex mcp add reputend --url https://mcp.reputend.com/mcp
  2. Start Codex again, or in the IDE extension select Restart extension: a Codex that was already open reads the new server only then. The Codex IDE extension and Codex in the ChatGPT desktop app use the same setting.
  3. Run codex mcp list, or type /mcp in Codex, and check that reputend is there.
  4. Ask Codex for a free audit, with your domain in place of <your domain>:
    Use RepuTend to run a free audit of the Trustpilot profile for <your domain>.

Claude Code

  1. Run this command in your terminal:
    claude mcp add --transport http reputend https://mcp.reputend.com/mcp
  2. Type /mcp and check that reputend shows a checkmark.
  3. Ask Claude for a free audit, with your domain in place of <your domain>:
    Use RepuTend to run a free audit of the Trustpilot profile for <your domain>.

ChatGPT chats, and Claude on the web and on phones

  1. In ChatGPT on the web, open Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server, and choose No authentication. In Claude, add a custom connector under Settings, Connectors. Either one where your plan or workspace offers it.
  2. Paste this address:
    https://mcp.reputend.com/mcp
  3. Ask your assistant for a free audit, with your domain in place of <your domain>:
    Use RepuTend to run a free audit of the Trustpilot profile for <your domain>.

ChatGPT's chats, on any device, and Claude on the web and on phones can't send a RepuTend key yet, so they reach the free audit only. For your cases, connect Codex (in the ChatGPT desktop app, the CLI or your editor), Claude Desktop or Claude Code.

Any AI

Paste this prompt into any assistant that supports MCP connectors, with your domain in place of <your domain>.

Connect to RepuTend at https://mcp.reputend.com/mcp and run a free audit of the Trustpilot profile for <your domain>.

Your key: after you subscribe, RepuTend emails you a one-time invite code. Ask your AI to redeem it, and it shows your key once.
